Preventative maintenance entails a full/comprehensive check over of all equipment. We conduct checks on but are not limited to coolrooms, freezer rooms, cabinets, Bain maries, ice machines, blast chillers and condensing units.
Our experience has shown that preventative maintenances conducted six monthly would be satisfactory for most business types, however we do design the best schedule suited for you and your business.
